TRAINING
Pool Sessions
The club runs 8 pool sessions per week, as per the table below. Generally speaking, depending on age and goals, a competitive swimmer will participate in between 3 and 5 sessions per week.
Land Sessions
We also provide 2 dry-land sessions per week. Gym and Balance sessions are important as they increase efficiency (reduced drag through the water) and strength, two important attributes of swimming fast.
